Get started with Mindful Development in three easy steps...
STEP 1
Contacts us through email or phone!

We will get your basic information, listen to your concerns or support needs, and send you some online intake paperwork. We may also schedule an evaluation session at this time.

STEP 2
We will review your paperwork and make a plan for the evaluation. Our evaluation process includes a mix of formal and informal testing, parent interviews, observations, and other activities tailored to your child's concerns.

STEP 3
You will receive a thorough evaluation report and treatment plan with therapy goals and recommendations! Depending on your location and availability, your child may begin occupational therapy sessions in person or online!
